"Canceling was way easier than I expected"
I had to cancel a dentist appointment last minute through opencare, and based on how these things usually go, I assumed it was going to be a hassle.
But it ended up being really straightforward. The instructions were clear, and from the tone of the updates, I got the impression everything was being handled without me needing to chase anyone down. The clinic seemed to get the message quickly too.
I was relieved because I really didn’t want to make a bunch of phone calls or explain myself over and over. Life happens, so I appreciated that canceling didn’t feel like some big stressful thing.

I tried Opencare because I had no idea which dentists around me actually accepted my insurance, it feels wrong that patients usually have to call a bunch of offices just to figure that out. Opencare made it easy to filter, so I didn’t have to waste time calling like 10 different places. The dentist I chose really was covered, and there were no surprise bills afterward, which is how it should be. Booking was quick too. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

I was kind of expecting the usual back-and-forth and having to work around a weird schedule, but it ended up being way easier than that. I checked the available times and there were actually plenty to choose from, so I was able to get an appointment fast without any hassle

"Booking was honestly really easy"
I tried Opencare when I needed to find a dentist, the whole booking process was super simple. I just picked a time that worked for me, got the details right away, and didn’t have to spend time calling different offices. It saved me a lot of hassle and I’d definitely use it again.
